A world made of paper.
Inspired by the wondrous works of Jeannie Baker—the renowned author and collage artist behind Where the Forest Meets the Sea—I initially began illustrating The Fruit of Dragons using collage. I love the textural quality of collage and how the images feel more designed than painted, but it is undoubtedly a labour-intensive medium.
